WHEN CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO VIEW THE VENUE?
Appointments are available:

Tuesday - Thursday: 10 AM to 7 PM

Friday - Sunday: 10 AM to 4 PM

Monday: Closed

ARE WE ABLE TO BRING IN OUR OWN CATERER?
Borgata Event Centre by Avani offers full catering services and are pleased to arrange a custom designed menu for your event. Our team of culinary and service professionals are dedicated to providing you with the best possible experience and are intimately familiar with our premises, equipment, and our high standards for food and service. 

We do allow outside caterers to provide catering services for clients that want specific ethnic catering that we do not offer or who have specific religious requirements that our team can not meet. A waiver is required and must be signed by the organizer and the catering company.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE A WEDDING PLANNER?
No, our special events team are able to assist you with all your planning requirements for your special day.

CAN WE MAKE CHANGES TO THE MENU?
Yes, we offer the ability to fully customize the menu for your event. Additional fees may apply based on the changes you make to your menu.

WHAT TIME DO EVENTS NEED TO END?

All events have scheduled end times but the latest an event is required to end is 2:00 AM.

WILL OTHER EVENTS OCCUR ON THE SAME NIGHT?
Yes, we have multiple rooms at Borgata Event Centre, so other events may take place at the same time.

CAN YOU BRING IN YOUR OWN DJ?
Yes, you may bring in your own D.J.. POWER AV is the official in house audio, video, and lighting provider for the Borgata Event Centre by Avani. They are more than happy to ensure success at your event. (Outside DJ’s are required to pay a hook-up fee)

WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?
Borgata Event Centre by Avani offers 400 complimentary parking for all guests.

ARE CANDLES ALLOWED?
Yes, as long as they are contained in a candle holder or votive holder.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept certified cheques, debit, all major credit cards, bank drafts and e-transfer.
